We usually reply within two to three business days.
Reporting a rendering problem
Character rendering bugs are the most useful reports we get, and also the ones where detail matters most. Please include:
- Which tool and which style.
- The exact text you typed.
- What you saw — boxes, wrong letters, missing characters, colour glyphs.
- Your device, operating system and browser.
- Where you pasted it, if the problem only appears after pasting.
Suggesting a new generator
Tell us what you want to make, not just what to build. “I need something that looks like a haunted VHS tape for my stream title” is far more useful than a style name, because there is often an existing tool or a combination that already does it.
Advertising
We accept limited advertising that does not block or interrupt the tools. Email the advertising address with your campaign details and timeline and we will reply with what is available.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a reply take?
Usually two to three business days.
Can you add a specific font?
If Unicode has characters for it, yes. If it needs an actual font file it cannot work as copy-paste text, because there is nothing to install on the reader's device.
Do you offer an API?
Not currently. Everything runs client-side, so there is no server to call.
Can I use your tools on my own site?
Please link to the pages rather than copying them. Get in touch if you want to discuss something more formal.
